SAE 100 R5 Steel Wire Reinforced Hydraulic Braided Hose

Description:

Inner Tube: Oil-resistant synthetic rubber

Reinforcement: Two high tensile textile wire braid

Outer Cover: Abrasion and weather resistant synthetic rubber

Temperature Range: -40°C to +100°C

The SAE 100R5 hydraulic hose combines high-strength steel wire braid reinforcement with an abrasion-resistant textile cover layer. Engineered for extreme conditions (-40°F to +250°F), it delivers working pressures to 3,000 psi and burst pressures to 12,000 psi (diameter-dependent, 3/16″ to 3″). Designed for compatibility with standard R5 hose end fittings.

We usually use pallets or wooden crates for packaging. Each wooden crate and wooden pallet meets export fumigation requirements. Packaging can also be customised according to customer requirements.

Delivery Time:

It depends on the order volume and if we have them in stock or not. If we have the hose fittings you are looking for in stock, we can ship it within 25-35 day. If we don’t have no in stock, normally it takes 35-55 days for production that depends on the order volume.
